Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Find CoLab (findcolab.com), operated by Kylie Kelly, a sole trader based in Australia ("Find CoLab," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Find CoLab.

1. What Find CoLab is

Find CoLab is a directory and marketplace that helps creators and business owners find collaboration opportunities (bundles, summits, podcast guest slots, webinars, affiliate programs, and similar) and keep track of the ones they say yes to. We provide the platform that connects Hosts (people posting opportunities) and Contributors (people applying to them). We are not a party to any collaboration, agreement, or arrangement made between members - what you agree to with another member, including any content, payment, promotion, or deliverable, is between you and them.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Find CoLab.
  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your profile up to date.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Don't create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

3. Membership plans and billing

Find CoLab offers a Free plan and paid Collab and Host plans, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • You can cancel or change your plan any time from your Profile page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then.
  • We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
  • If you're one of our first 500 members, your subscription price at the time you joined is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active, even if we raise prices for new members later.
  • Referral rewards: when someone you refer through your personal link subscribes to a paid plan and stays on it for 30 days, you earn one free month of the Collab plan, credited to your account. Self-referrals and accounts made only to earn rewards don't qualify, and we may change or end the referral program at any time.
  • We may change our prices for new subscribers at any time; we'll give existing members notice before any price change applies to them.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you post on Find CoLab - your profile, applications, messages, and community feed posts and comments. By posting it, you give us a licence to store, display, and distribute it within the platform so the service can work (for example, showing your profile in the Directory, or your listing on Browse).

You agree not to post content that:

  • is false, misleading, or misrepresents your audience, credentials, or identity;
  • is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
  • is spam, a scam, or an unrelated promotion; or
  • attempts to take payment or personal information from another member outside of a genuine collaboration.

We can remove content, or suspend or terminate an account, that breaches these Terms, without notice.

5. Public application pages

Host-plan members can generate a public application link for a listing that doesn't require the applicant to have a Find CoLab account. If you submit an application through one of these links, the information you provide (name, email, and anything else in the form) is shared directly with that Host so they can review it and contact you. We store it only to make that possible.

6. Third-party links and services

Find CoLab links out to things we don't control - a host's own application form, a podcast, a registration page shared in the community feed, and so on. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of any third-party site or service you reach through Find CoLab. Payments are processed by Stripe, hosting and data storage by Supabase and Vercel, and transactional emails by Resend - each under their own terms.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Find CoLab helps you find and organise collaborations - it doesn't vet members, verify the audience numbers or claims in a profile or listing, or guarantee that any collaboration will happen, go well, or produce any particular result (subscribers, sales, reach, or otherwise). Use your own judgement before agreeing to collaborate with, pay, or share anything with another member.

8. Intellectual property

The Find CoLab name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing product from them.

You also may not scrape or bulk-collect listings, member profiles, or other information from Find CoLab, copy it elsewhere, or use it (or the members you meet here) to build or promote a competing product or service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find CoLab is provided "as is," and we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from a collaboration or arrangement you enter into with another member. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Find CoLab at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

We may also decline, suspend, or end any membership at our discretion where we reasonably believe it isn't in the interests of the community, and we don't have to give a reason. If we end a paid membership this way (and not because of a breach of these Terms), we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know (for example, by email or a notice in the app). Continuing to use Find CoLab after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the state or territory in which Find CoLab is based.
